You can open a new support case via the Angelfish web interface. A valid Angelfish serial code is required to open a Support Case.
How to open a Support Case:
- Login to Angelfish
- Click the left nav “Configure” icon
- Once the page loads, click the “Support” tab
- Fill out the form and submit
Basic Support Plan
– Provides email-based support with no guaranteed response time. Included with all Angelfish Software purchases.
Priority Support Plan
– Provides email, chat, and webinar-based support, and a priority queue for all support cases. This is an optional add-on at 40% of the annual software purchase price.
