Support Tickets

You can open a new support ticket from within your Angelfish instance. A valid Angelfish Server ID is required to open a tupport ticket.

How to open a Support Ticket:

  1. Login to Angelfish as an Admin
  2. Click Global – About
  3. Once the page loads, click the “Support” tab
  4. Fill out the form and submit

Support Plans

Basic Support Plan

– Provides email-based support with no guaranteed response time. Included with all Angelfish Software purchases.

Priority Support Plan

– Provides email, chat, and webinar-based support, and a priority queue for support tickets. This is an optional add-on for 40% of the annual price.
