Support Tickets
You can open a new support ticket from within your Angelfish instance. A valid Angelfish Server ID is required to open a support ticket.
How to open a Support Ticket:
- Login to Angelfish as an Admin
- Click Global – About
- Once the page loads, click the “Support” tab
- Fill out the form and submit
Live Help
Support Plans
Basic Support:
Included for Angelfish Software customers. Email-based support via an online ticketing system.
Premium Support:
Adds live chat-based support, a web-based “check-in” meeting after purchase or renewal, and Angelfish onboarding guidance when you have admin staff turnover.
This is an optional service for 40% of your software price.
