Technical Support Associate

We are looking to hire a junior-level Technical Support Associate who can pitch in and help in a variety of areas. Your primary function will be to learn how Angelfish Software works so you can provide support to our customers, but you will also be exposed to a variety of additional projects and technologies. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can start with a support position and grow into another role, like consulting, engineering, or sales.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• The initiative to teach yourself
• A technical degree or overall technical prowess
• Clear verbal communication ability
• A solid command of written English (i.e. grammar, spelling, & punctuation)

DESIRED SKILLS

• Basic Linux administration
• HTML & CSS
• JavaScript
• mySQL, PostgreSQL, or other databases
• Perl, Python, PHP
• Shell scripting experience
• Fluency in another language
• Experience with Urchin, Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, etc. a plus
• College degree preferred but not required.
