Current customers can open a new support case via the Angelfish web interface. A valid Angelfish subscription is required to open a Support Case.
How to open a new Support Case:
- Open Angelfish application
- Click on the “About” link located in the top navigation
- Fill out the form and submit
Basic Support Plan
– Provides email-based support with no guaranteed response time. Included with all Angelfish Software purchases,
Premium Support Plan
– Provides email-based and chat-based support, web-based administrator training seminars, and a priority queue for all support cases. Optional addon at 40% of the annual software purchase price.
